Ordering

How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed on the website using our secure server. Click the button to ‘add to shopping cart’ and change the quantity if necessary. Alternatively orders can be placed over the phone, please call               0844 736 1872         0844 736 1872, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. We can't take credit card details over the phone but we can arrange to send you a Paypal invoice.

How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards or you can pay by cheque. Please make cheques payable to Verbena Ltd and send to 1 Manor Street, Ramsbottom, Lancs, BL0 9ER. Please note that your order will not be despatched until the payment has been received into our bank account.

Is there a minimum order amount?
There is no minimum order amount for most of our products, with the exception of items that are sold in a set. Please see the specific product description page for more information. Personalised favour boxes have a minimum order quantity of 25.

Will I get an e-mail confirmation after I place an order?
Yes, an e-mail confirmation will be sent out to you on receipt of your order. Please remember to check your ‘spam’ folder for the e-mail.

How do I check the status of my order?
Please e-mail or call us to check the status of your order. Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday 9am-6pm.

How do I change or cancel my order?
To change your order please contact us and we will endeavor to make the changes. To cancel your order please contact us and we will refund your money to you. If your order has been dispatched please read our terms and conditions for our full refund policy

Postage and Packing

What is the cost of postage and packing?
Orders are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Postage and packaging charges are as follows:
Orders of £9.99 and under postage are charged at £2.
Orders between £10 and £24.99 postage is charged at £3.95
Orders over £25 postage is charged at £6.95


European orders under £75 postage is charged at £15
European orders over £75 postage is charged at £25

How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch orders within 7-10 days of receiving the order. If your shipment is going to take longer than this due to items being out of stock we will contact you to let you know an expected delivery date.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to all European countries. Currently we do not ship to countries outside of Europe. 

Stationery

How do I order a sample?
We strongly recommend that you order a sample of your favourite invitation design before deciding on your stationery. This can be done on-line using the form on the 'sample invitation' page.

How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed on the website. Please e-mail your required wording to info@verbenastationery.co.uk after you have placed your order. We will send a proof of your invitations to you before we print your full order.

When do I need to place an order?
Verbena require 3 weeks to complete your stationery order. Since invitations are normally sent out at least 12 weeks before your big day, Verbena need to receive your stationery order 15 weeks before your wedding date. If you require your order sooner than this please enquire with us as to whether we can fit it into our diary before you place your order.

How much stationery do I need to order?
Day and Evening Invitations - 1 per family or couple
RSVP cards - 1 per family or couple
Order of Service - 1 per person or 1 between 2
Name Places - 1 per person
Menus - 3 or 4 per table
Table Markers - 1 per table
Favour Boxes - 1 per female guest or 1 per guest if you are giving favours to everyone
Thank you cards - 1 per family or couple


Can I order further items at a later date?
Yes, we aim to be as flexible as possible with your order. It is often easier to order your invitations first and then order other stationery items at a later date, closer to your wedding.

What is your refund policy for stationery items?
Prior to the production of your wedding stationery we will send proofs of your order which we require to be signed and sent back. Once the proofs are signed and returned your order will become non-refundable.

If any of your order has been damaged in transit please send the damaged items back to Verbena and we will despatch replacements of the damaged items.

What is your refund policy?
Items can be returned to us within 21 days of dispatch and a full refund will be given if the item is unused, in it’s original packaging and in a condition fit for re-sale. Our refund policy for stationery items is different because the items have been personalised. Please see the stationery section for full details.

If any of your order has been damaged in transit please send the damaged items back to Verbena and we will dispatch replacements of the damaged items.

How do you use my contact information?
We require your e-mail address to be able to confirm your order details. Your telephone number will only be used by if there is a query on your order.
